Our Vision
Sunrise Free Resources was created for anyone who feels alone, stuck, or like there's no way forward. I’ve been there—completely overwhelmed and in pain, sitting in my room with no one to turn to. That season changed me. Over the years, I’ve found tools and support that helped me heal, and now I want to share those with you. If you're hurting, I want you to know you're not alone—there is hope.
"Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter- when you see the naked, to clothe him and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?"
Isaiah 58: 6-7
The fast that God approves is one accompanied by love for Him and genuine concern for those who are oppressed.
